GENERAL INFORMATION + PROCESS

if you're interested in commissioning me, just dm me on twitter! my preferred platform for communication about commissions is discord, but i'm also open to email ([email protected]). feel free to inquire about anything on this page, or if you'd like to commission an asset that isn't on this list.
when you inquire about a commission, please have references for your character/model ready! if you aren't a vtuber, please have a clear visual identity in mind (pictures also help a lot!).
payment will occur through paypal in USD; i will send you an invoice.

delivery and turnover time can vary depending on my workload and general situation, to which i'll update the commissioner about my status, but typically: logo may take around two weeks, overlay may take around two weeks to a month, header/banner may take around a few days.
once we've both confirmed your commission together, i'll start to create a "moodboard" and draft out ideas/concepts/etc for your asset(s) along any references and/or inspiration tips you give me. if you don't have any particular visual direction in mind, i'll gladly provide my own input, impressions, and suggested direction. after this initial process, i will send you the invoice for payment and proceed after i've received it.
i'll frequently update you on where i am in your commission's process with pictures and explanations (a big reason why i like to communicate through discord!).
regarding logo, if you're commissioning both a logo and overlay from me, i like to set a "finished" version of the logo out first, but may tweak it as i work on your overlay afterwards. these are usually small fixes that i'll update you with also, and only with your permission.

TOS

I retain all rights to my work, do not claim it as your own. Please credit me in an easily visible area if you use any of my assets, or post them anywhere. _{(ex. if you're a Twitch streamer, please put me in your "About" section, etc).}
You will not create any derivative works based on my work, and will not use my work for anything outside of the initial, intended use that we've agreed on.
I have the right to decline a commission request.
By commissioning me, you have agreed to let me use the work I've done for you as a commission/portfolio sample. However, if you're waiting to debut and would like to keep it confidential, I will withhold from posting your commission anywhere until your debut - just let me know in advance.
If you need anything by a certain date or within a certain timeframe, let me know. Depending on how tight the circumstances are at the time, I may charge a rush fee.
No refunds once I've begun working on your commission.
I'm flexible about edits if there's something you'd like me to change in your commission, but big changes requested after the commission is finalized will bring an additional fee.
Larger scale commercial work will have a different ToS, and different price range for commissions. Quotes will be discussed during the beginning of the commission process.
I do not allow any of my work to be used in any NFT projects or AI programs.

different works that i've done for school assignments, specifically book design. ~~we did a lot of book design~~

EXCERPTS FROM GENIE, A SIX-PART SHORT STORY.
design a short book based around any topic, and focuses on typography.a 33-page book i designed around the artist genie liang, who brings me a lot of inspiration and whose work i hold close to the heart. the book's design and elements within it have been carefully chosen to reflect their art style accurately, and personalizes the book to demonstrate this is a biographical book about the artist.

EXCERPTS FROM RING.
choose a topic to design and create a coherent taxonomy of, using images.
a 21-page b/w book i designed around the multifaceted visual concept of a "ring", where i investigate it as its common identity of a precious accessory, and then how else it may be depicted.

EXCERPTS FROM AN INTERVIEW WITH EPIK HIGH'S TABLO, WITH CNN TALK ASIA.
using only typography and simple visual elements, visualize a short excerpt from an audio clip. the typography should reflect how the speaker is physically vocalizing their words.
a 15-page booklet in dimensions to fit a cd jewel case, based on an excerpt from epik high tablo's interview with cnn talk asia. the typography is manipulated in a way that reflects both the interviewer and tablo's manner of speaking and inflection. musical elements are also scattered around the booklet's design for a visual theme.

different works that i've done for school assignments, specifically branding and advertising.

ANCHO GOODS.
research a chosen typeface and create product design that reflects the typeface's characteristics.
working together with a friend, we researched the typeface "ancho" and applied this knowledge of its history and visual identity to different products. these are the designs i contributed: a t-shirt with a hand-drawn pocket design, a tin of mints, and a set of playing cards.

ALLO LOGO DESIGN.
create a logo for "allo", a telecommunications company that focuses on residential landline services.
"allo connects you to your friends and family. always there when you need it – to wish a loved-one happy birthday, or in a time of need – allo connects you to the world. for pennies a day, it is your link to everyone and everything important to you."

"late night snack is a cute arcade-style collect-a-thon game where players take on the role of a cat, race against the clock, and bulk up their score by consuming food."
concepts/a short prototype demo for a game about a cat that roams through alleys to find food and eat for power ups, alongside a group of classmates. i worked on some of the environment's models in blender, and UI concepts.try out our super rough prototype (pw is LNS)! + check out our documentation here.
